I am an Independent Consultant with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
I offer 1:1 weight loss support with confidential weekly appointments to you, whilst you are following The 1:1 Diet.
During current Covid-19 Government regulations our appointments would mainly be by a combination of phone, text, email, FaceTime and 'virtual' weigh in appointments.
The 1:1 Diet is a medically underpinned plan which can fit your health and lifestyle.*
There are various Steps that you might follow, dependent upon your own current personal weight, health and lifestyle. Some of the Steps might involve only meal replacement products, whilst other Steps might combine conventional foods. Further discussion would be needed to assess your health and lifestyle needs.
Losing weight not only physically shapes you, it changes how you feel about yourself, how others see you, making you feel more comfortable in your own skin and confident whilst being there!
